Having a monthly list can be so helpful. Honestly, lists are essential to my everyday life. I'm known for list making. I just want every month to be successful and stress-free as possible. If that means making a list and checking it twice, I'm very happy to carry out that task.
My only concern- Everyone has different responsibilities. Principals in one district may have different responsibilities as those in another district.
Problem Solved: Most of the responsibilities or items listed may not be totally on you but are delegated to another administrator. This list could be a starting point for you or it can be a list you share with your administrative team. Since each district is so different, there are spaces to add your own.
